Terryberry Adds Surveys, Content, and Languages Terryberry

Grand Rapids, MI-based Terryberry has announced a series of updates to its employee recognition platform that includes new survey and engagement insight features, an AI recognition assistant and content monitoring, and the addition of ten languages.

“At Terryberry, we believe that measuring employee engagement is an essential component of a truly remarkable recognition platform. Our vision for this release is to create a system that goes beyond superficial metrics to deeply analyze what matters most—employee sentiment,” reads the announcement.

According to the company, all recognition programs now include employee surveys measuring program impact “based on a scientifically validated model.”  The platform “keeps a pulse on your eNPS (employee net promoter scores) and retention scores, then visualizes and analyzes the results with powerful dashboards.”

Features include a new “Engagement Scorecard showing culture health metrics beyond login rates to link recognition trends to key business metrics so you can amplify what works and fix what doesn’t....Correlate recognition data with retention, eNPS, and engagement. Track how engagement evolves over time with automated trend analysis. Generate powerful reports comparing recognized vs. non-recognized employees. Uncover actionable insights into how recognition impacts job satisfaction, retention risk, leadership acceptance, employee well-being, belonging, and more. Analyze how engagement evolves with data visualization of trends, heatmaps, and people data filters. Guide action plans with data from powerful insights comparing recognized vs. non-recognized employees.”

In addition, managers can “track team recognition metrics and surface key engagement opportunities....See how your team's recognition compares to company averages. Identify team members who need more recognition in one place. Empower leaders to recognize their teams effectively by tracking key recognition metrics and uncovering engagement opportunities. Never miss important moments to celebrate achievements, ensuring that employees feel valued in real time.”

A new AI feature can “turn simple notes into well-written recognition messages with AI-powered writing help. Write meaningful recognition in half the time. Get suggestions for more engaging messages specifically tied to your company values. Easily adjust tone and length to fit your style.” The platform includes personalized message suggestions after users type at least 30 characters.

Workhuman Says Tech Launch Is Biggest in Its History workhuman

Workhuman, Framingham, MA, has announced the release of Human Intelligence 2025, which it says “supercharges Workhuman's Social Recognition® platform by embedding into everyday workflows AI-powered features such as Workhuman iQ Snapshots, Recognition Advisor, Culture Hub, and Reward Stories. These easy-to-use tools ensure that employees’ shared recognition moments equip human resources leaders with the most impactful data and insights that contribute to business ROI.”

According to the company, Workhuman iQ Snapshots provides “real-time, powerful insights that highlight the impact recognition has on retention and engagement as well as skills-based insights that are crucial to professional development and talent management. By democratizing data for all employees, these insights empower smarter decision-making that drives performance and strategic growth. This feature elevates recognition by delivering data and research-based insights before and after users take action within the platform. Snapshots provide leaders with actionable intelligence to strengthen teams, reduce turnover, and unlock key skills – all fueling growth and organizational excellence.”

Recognition advisor, it says, “provides a real-time AI coach that trains users on how to deliver recognition that amplifies every ‘good job’ and ‘thank you’ message to be more personal, meaningful, and tied to company values. Recognition Advisor provides customer-specific, practical example language that helps elevate the award message using AI. Embedding Workhuman’s Recognition Done Right principles ensures program success while ensuring each award message has the greatest impact on the individual.”

Culture Hub is “a personalized, AI-powered Hub that curates relevant recognition moments while showcasing impactful recognition moments that support key initiatives and company values while strengthening employee collaboration and motivation...Highlighting personalized content reinforces company values at scale, aligns with business objectives, and instills positive behaviors in the long-term. Designed to include everyone—from new hires to seasoned employees—Culture Hub fosters belonging and empowers active participation across the entire workforce.”

Reward Stories supports “sharable, feel-good recognition moments that represent the life-enriching impact that recognition and redemption have on employees. These posts allow award recipients the opportunity to express their gratitude for the coworkers who recognize them and the company that provides such opportunities...This gives nominators the ability to pause and reflect on the shared success, hard work, collaboration and support they’ve encountered while motivating other employees to pursue such experiences through their contributions at work.”
