The company says that “Select An Award is a tier-based platform featuring twenty standard levels. Participants receive a unique redemption code allowing them to access the client’s site to view their award or gift options and place an order for the item that most appeals to them. Selections are curated by the Hinda merchandising team assuring participants see a wide selection of the very latest models. Each level offers a choice of lifestyle awards, so there is something appealing to everyone,” the announcement states.

The company says the standard program features:

Select An Award includes the option of “emailing redemption codes to the participants with a custom client message directly through the platform. For clients using Select An Award as their solution for their service milestone or employee birthday programs, the platform can even send email reminders of the upcoming event to their manager or supervisor.”
