JustRewards, Growth Continuing, Enhances Redemption Experience
Marc Matthews, CEO and Founder, says that the surge in business for his company’s “bucket list” travel experiences continues as companies still seek to offer travel experiences allowing recipients to select when they wish to go.
The model of offering reward recipients individual travel certificates for unique events and experiences good for up to three years is working so well, founder Marc Matthews says he continues to invest in enhancing the travel experience.
Joined now in the business by daughter Georgia Matthews as JustRewards Director of National Accounts, the company has streamlined the reward experience with a customizable certificate/e-mail sent to each recipient providing the exact details on their programs and upcoming travel experiences.
Each recipient has access to a JustRewards concierge trained to answer all questions and address individual requirements. In anticipation of continued growth, the Virginia-based company is looking to hire more travel concierges located near its headquarters to ensure they are properly trained and supported to maximize the recipient experience, Matthews underlines.
