Incentive Federation Webinar Aug. 25 Focuses on 2022 Industry Report Findings

This webinar program on Thursday at noon ET will share how the incentive industry has trended and grown over the past several years and to provide an understanding of how US businesses view and use incentive programs.

Mike Donnelly, CPIM, President of Hinda Incentives & Chair of the Incentive Federation, Inc. Board will join Rick Garlick, Ph.D., Principal Consultant, Richard Garlick and Associates Consulting and Marketing Research Services, LLC, to share their perspectives on how organizations can benefit from these findings.

Donnelly is a 35-year-plus veteran of the incentives, recognition, engagement, and loyalty industries. He is responsible for all leadership aspects of Hinda, including sales, marketing, product development, strategic direction, and operations. Donnelly is a board member and current chair of the Incentive Federation and serves on the Incentive Marketing Association board. According to the IFI announcement, Donnelly “and his Hinda team are continuously working on the future of engaging rewards, as well as online innovative tools that keep sales, channel partners, employees and customers engaged with client programs.”

Garlick’s research firm conducted the “2022 Marketplace Estimate Research Study” on behalf of the IFI. The IFI statement says Garlick “heads a full-service research-based consultancy focused on enhancing the brand, employee, and customer experience and linking these strategies to improved business results. His work includes partnering with experts in experience management, statistical science, and market research methods.” Garlick is the Incentive Research Foundation's Chief Research Advisor and has previously served in various research, strategy, and management consultant roles.
