InComm Launches Raindrop Ordering Solution
InComm, a leading prepaid product and transaction services firm, recently announced the launch of Raindrop, an enhanced version of an existing FTP solution that lets customers access all prepaid products available through InComm Digital Solutions (IDS), including the recently launched prepaid Visa Virtual Account products. Ordering through Raindrop simply involves uploading a standard CSV file to a secure webpage or FTP folder. IDS processes the file and manages all aspects of delivery. Customers can then track orders through an online administrative portal that includes sales reporting and customer service toolsets.
