IMA Announces Award Winners at Annual Conference

About 150 incentive industry professionals and speakers gathered at the Incentive Marketing Association annual meeting to network, attend educational sessions and honor annual award winners. The program kicked off with a keynote by John "GUCCI" Foley, former lead solo pilot of the Blue Angels, speaking about the “importance of sustaining excellence under dynamic change to reach your highest potential.” 
 
In addition to holding two days of seminars and networking events, the annual Incentive Marketing Association Summit in Fort Lauderdale Aug. 9-11 announced its annual program award winners judged by a panel of IMA members. 
  • The winner of the Excellence Award for the Employee Incentive category is HMI Performance Incentives for its Reward Zone program for its client WESCO Distribution/Anixter.
  • The Excellence Award for the Sales Incentive category goes to Australian firm 212F for its "Plus Factor" program for Plumbing Plus.
  • Winner of the Consumer Promotion category is Agência Digi for its Esse Momento é Meu (This is my Moment) program for its client Vigor.
  • The Innovation & Technology category goes to WorkStride for its program for client Lexmark International.

Barb Hendrickson, CPIM (Certified Professional of Incentive Management), Visible Communication, LLC, wins the Karen Renk Award, which recognizes members who exemplify mentoring, collaboration and professionalism.
 
Heather Abbott, CPIM, Director of Partnership Marketing, Powerhouse Brands Consulting, receives IMA President’s Award honoring “individuals who have actively furthered IMA’s mission to create a greater awareness of incentives, help incentive suppliers prosper in a changing business environment through education, training, research, and marketing; and through example, promote high standards of professionalism in the incentive field.”
 
Greg Trzaska, Breakaway Card Services, Inc.;  Peter Cannon, Ticket Jones, IGCC's Scott Robinson, Mint Advertising and Ted Moravec, CPIM, Stark Enterprises, Inc., win the 2021 Spirit Awards honoring “talented members who are committed to advancing the incentive industry and their professional association.”
