These 30-minute shows, hosted by Bruce Bolger, Founder of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance and Jaki Baskow, Founder and CEO of Baskow Talent, highlight what people can learn and how at live events from the life experiences of successful people in all walks of business and life. The hosts ask each guest about what they have learned from their journeys both good and bad and how they bring these insights to life for organizations at live or hybrid events. In this session, Santonastaso explains how he does it and what he shares in his speaking and advisory services to help others rise above their challenges.
Accept and embrace failure. That’s one of the key lessons Nick Santonastaso will share in this upcoming show. Santonastasso’s path to victory from victimhood, he believes, proves the power of resilience, mindset, and the human spirit. Sawchuck has dubbed himself "The 'Dennis the Menace' of Magic.” He has been a headliner at Las Vegas for more than 22 years. He burst on to the scene after becoming a semi-finalist on NBC TV’s “America’s Got Talent,” on which he was seen by over 22 million people nationwide. He apparently astonished judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandell when he produced a Ferrari out of thin-air, transformed a girl in a locked cage into a 450-pound tiger and by making disappear an entire steam train locomotive, all before a live audience.
His YouTube show now has over 1 billion views, and he’s a regular guest expert on magic on History Channel’s “Pawn Stars. He has been featured on over 20 reality shows. His act often consists of a mix of comedy, illusions, and magic.
We’ll ask what Sawchuck what he has learned from the power to fool almost anybody while making them laugh and much more about the insights he shares as a speaker and as an event facilitator.

Lyons brings to the topic of meaningful meetings over 30 years of experience in the events industry, including event marketing, incentives, and digital events. She says she has successfully planned and executed over 5,000 live events, incentive programs, and unique experiences. As the Executive Vice President at T3 Events Group, she leads a team of talented event professionals “who deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our clients across various sectors and markets.”
She says her “mission is to create memorable and meaningful events that engage, inspire, and delight attendees, while achieving the strategic objectives and exceeding the expectations of the stakeholders. Oct. 30, 1 pm ET, Ryan Pyle, Adventure TV Producer: Takeaways From the Edge
Ryan Pyle was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, according to his Wikipedia page. He played basketball, beginning at the age of six all the way through college at the University of Toronto. While there, he studied modern Chinese history and politics. He had a comfortable life near home. Suddenly, when it was clear he would not turn pro, he decided to make a big change—a dramatic move from his comfortable life in Toronto to China.
Today, he is an adventure photographer and television producer and host. He has created, filmed and hosted four seasons of Extreme Treks, three seasons of the Tough Rides, as well as other international adventure programs. His still photography has appeared in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time, Newsweek, Forbes, and other international publications, as well as several books including Chinese Turkestan and Sacred Mountains of China.
Pyle reports that he set the Guinness World Record for the longest motorcycle ride, has been awarded five Asian Television Awards, and a Gold Medallion from the Governor General of Canada, among other recognition.
Today, among his other activities, he leads individuals on extreme treks that are filmed and televised.
This show will address what he has learned from his experiences and travels and how he shares these insights at live and digital events.
