Coggno Online Training Portal Adds Short Course on Enterprise Engagement
The addition of the first course on Enterprise Engagement to the Coggno.com online training community of 2,000 companies includes information on rewards and recognition.
Coggno.com, the online training platform for business, has added the first course on Enterprise Engagement to a training platform outside the Enterprise Engagement Academy at EEA.tmlu.org. Click here to view the free 10-minute narrated slide show from Coggno and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA) that provides a quick overview of the field and the new ISO Annex people management requirements and ISO 10018 Quality People Management certification it helps address.
The short course covers the definition, principles, economics and framework of Enterprise Engagement, as well as information on ISO Annex SL, ISO 10018 and the reasons for investor interest in the field’s principles. Enterprise Engagement principles are now required in 60 ISO standards, including ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health, and increasingly from leading investment managers around the world focused on sustainable investing.
“Publication of courses like these are part of the core mission of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance,” says EEA Founder Bruce Bolger. “Our key mission is to educate the world on a formal approach to engagement across the enterprise, and we welcome the support of an online training company with such a large following. This is a great platform for the rewards and recognition industry to reach the C-Suite.”
According to Tod Browndorf, President of Coggno.com, whose company’s Ezzely Employee Engagement Application sponsored the program, “We developed our Ezzely app specifically to support an enterprise approach to engagement without knowing there was such a field. Now that these principles are required in so many ISO standards, are of such interest to both institutional and individual investors who care about sustainable investment, and provide such clear benefits to any organization, it made sense to start sharing this information with our community.” (see ESM article on Ezzely).
