Award Marketing Services to Merge with Hoffman & Edgette

PPAI is reporting that NJ-based multi-line rep firm Award Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS) will merge with Hoffman & Edgette as of July 1. The new firm will be named Hoffman & Edgette Award Marketing Services. Current AMS President Greg Canose will remain with the company in a sales and consultative capacity, and the Award Marketing Services staff will be retained. Hoffman & Edgette Award Marketing Services will have sales offices in New York and New Jersey, with accounting, marketing and customer service functions performed out of its Connecticut offices.
