360insights Buys HMI Performance Incentives

360insights, a “channel incentives and ecosystem management company,” has acquired Massachusetts-based HMI Performance Incentives, an incentive company founded in 1980 by Paul Ferreira. Canada-based 360insights has offices in New Orleans and Stratford-Upon-Avon, the UK.
360insights says it empowers “brands to optimize their channel ecosystems and maximize promotional investments. With a robust suite of channel solutions and advanced data analytics capabilities, 360insights enables businesses to enhance their indirect channels and achieve sustainable success."
Explains Jason Atkins, founder & CEO of 360insights in a statement. "This acquisition aligns perfectly with our mission of empowering brands and driving exceptional performance across their partner networks. As of press time for the Jan. 16 2024 edition, RRN requested an interview with Atkins and has not yet received a response from the public relations representative.
In the statement, Kiwon Chang, CEO of HMI Performance Incentives, adds, "Through the integration of our technologies, services, and talented teams, we are poised to deliver a comprehensive engagement solution.”
360insights says it is “the leading channel engagement and business optimization company that enables brands to better influence, manage, and engage with their complex channel ecosystems. The company offers a suite of channel solutions including a SaaS-based platform that empowers brands to fully orchestrate their complex partner networks, while also delivering a powerful incentive automation solution for consumer rebates, SPIFFs (sales performance incentive funds), volume incentives, MDF/co-op (market development funds), sales allowances and points programs. Combining incentive management and ecosystem orchestration with a powerful data analytics engine, 360insights serves enterprise organizations globally, across multiple industries, helping them boost their indirect business.”
In 2022, 360insights acquired Webinfinity, a provider of “an engagement automation solution and portal technology” to be fully integrated into its solution platform and rebranded 360ecosystems. In 2020 the company purchased UK-based CR Worldwide to expand the 360insights' global workforce, reach and customer base, while increasing key capabilities, including point-based loyalty solutions and multi-language solutions,” according to the press statement at the time.
Both those acquisitions were integrated into the 360insights brand.
