Summit Group Hires Donna Chrobak as Senior Director of Client Engagement & Solution Design

Maryland-based Summit Recognition Solutions announced it has hired Donna Chrobak to be the firm’s Senior Director of Client Engagement & Solution Design. A 25-year veteran of the motivation industry, Chrobak will lead the company’s sales and solutions design initiatives, and is responsible for the growth and profitability of the division. Prior to joining Summit, Chrobak most recently served as the interim Executive Director of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), helping lead the organization during a time of transition. She has held several other leadership positions, including President and Founder of DCI Incentives, which she sold in 2012 to QuintLoyalty, remaining on board as Vice President of their incentive and recognition division. She also served for five years on the Board of the IMA, including three years on the Executive Committee, and she is currently on the board of the Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers (IESP), a strategic industry group of IMA that focuses on educating the industry and the corporate marketplace on the benefits and value of incentive, recognition and performance improvement programs.
