The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has named Rebecca Wright interim CEO as the association begins its search for a permanent successor to Annette Gregg, who stepped down as CEO of SITE and the SITE Foundation effective Oct. 1.

Wright previously served as SITE’s interim executive director and has extensive experience with the association and the incentive travel field. Her familiarity with SITE provides continuity during a transition occurring at a time when the organization reports more than 3,600 members in 90 countries, the organization says.

The appointment follows SITE’s announcement of Gregg’s departure after four years as CEO. SITE says that during Gregg’s tenure it achieved record membership, event attendance and financial results, expanded its international presence, and broadened its education and certification programs.
SITE represents the incentive travel sector, an important segment of the broader incentive, recognition and performance improvement marketplace. The organization focuses exclusively on incentive travel and provides research, education, professional certification and networking for professionals worldwide.
The SITE International Board of Directors is overseeing the transition and the process of selecting a permanent CEO. Click here for SITE news and updates.
