Travis Boisvert Joins NeoCurrency
NeoCurrency, Los Angeles, has named Travis Boisvert Director of Strategic Partnerships, adding an industry veteran with experience in client services, loyalty, employee engagement and incentive program solutions.
Boisvert most recently served as Vice President, Client Services at Augeo, the Minneapolis-based engagement and loyalty company. His LinkedIn profile describes him as a strategic business leader with more than 18 years of experience in customer engagement, while in announcing his new position Boisvert noted that he has worked in the engagement business for more than 20 years.
The appointment adds another experienced engagement and incentives executive to NeoCurrency as the company continues to expand its digital rewards and payment capabilities. NeoCurrency provides digital gift cards, prepaid products and cash-like payouts for loyalty, promotions, employee recognition, market research and sales incentive programs.
In announcing the appointment, NeoCurrency said Boisvert has spent much of his career helping build and strengthen loyalty, recognition and incentive programs. His background at Augeo also gives him experience with an organization whose businesses span workplace engagement, customer loyalty and related engagement technologies.
Chris Bondarenko Joins CarltonOne as Chief Revenue Officer
CarltonOne has named Chris Bondarenko Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for the company’s client commercial relationships as it continues to expand its rewards, recognition, loyalty and incentive platform.
Bondarenko brings more than two decades of experience leading revenue organizations in enterprise software. Most recently, he served as North American Chief Revenue Officer at 360Learning, which he joined in 2024 after previously holding senior sales leadership positions at Docebo.
CarltonOne CEO Blair Cameron says the company’s 2024 investment from Goldman Sachs has enabled it to expand its platform, team and global capabilities, and that Bondarenko was brought in to strengthen its client and partner focus and go-to-market efforts.
Bondarenko says CarltonOne’s combination of culture, technology and clients attracted him to the company and positions it for further growth in the employee recognition, rewards, incentive and loyalty business.
TripGift Expands Global Travel Rewards Platform
TripGift has launched what it calls its next-generation global Travel Value Platform, expanding the ways organizations can use travel for employee rewards, customer loyalty, channel incentives, promotions and other engagement programs.
The company says the platform brings together eight proprietary travel gift brands, a Travel Value API, Purpose-Bound Promotional Vouchers and a global travel redemption marketplace. According to TripGift, travel gift cards can be purchased in 103 currencies and redeemed across more than 180 countries, with access to more than 2.9 million travel and lifestyle booking options.
The offerings include TripGift’s Purpose-Bound Promotional Vouchers, which enable organizations to configure travel value for specific destinations, travel categories, brands or experiences. Its API enables companies and program providers to incorporate travel value directly into existing incentive, loyalty, promotional and reward programs. TripGift says the platform is designed for financial institutions, loyalty providers, insurers, retailers, employers, airlines, tourism organizations and other global brands.
“This represents the biggest evolution in TripGift’s history,” says founder and CEO Cary George. He says the objective is to give partners greater flexibility in using travel and experiences to engage and reward customers, employees and communities worldwide.
