A Conference and Expo dedicated to highlighting the world of Enterprise Engagement in business and its many strategies and tactics is being launched by the Exhibit and Event Marketers Association (E2MA), the Enterprise Engagement Alliance, the Wise Marketer’s Loyalty Academy, and the Rewards & Recognition Expo and University. A major vision of Engagement World is to create a venue each year where multiple organizations involved with all areas of engagement can hold education or expo programs as well as for businesses to hold sales and training meetings. Hinda Incentives, a leading reward fulfillment company is the first company to hold an event in conjunction with Engagement World: its annual customer summit.

Enterprise Engagement focuses on achieving organizational goals by fostering the proactive involvement of all of the people critical to an organization’s success. This new field integrates leadership, coaching, surveys, assessment, all forms of communication (from digital to face-to-face), learning, innovation, rewards & recognition, analytics, and other engagement tactics that traditionally are siloed in many organizations.

“The Engagement movement is having a major impact on the ways rewards and recognition programs are designed to help build closer, more meaningful relationships with all of their people,” says Nick Gazivoda, Director of the Rewards & Recognition Expo. “Significant research over the past decade proves that most companies can get more mileage out of their rewards and recognition programs by better understanding best practices.”

Said Mike Donnelly, President, “Hinda is committed to helping our partners profit from the best practices in the industry. We are locating our annual summit at Engagement World because of the unique opportunity to meet and discuss new business opportunities in the context of a valuable education and expo program that can help our partners and our own company do better in all areas of our businesses.”

Engagement World will bring together corporate practitioners, educators, solution providers and associations in all areas of engagement to help equip an entirely new generation of experts to help people in all areas of business profit from this emerging field.

“The goal of this event is to help businesses of all kinds understand how they can achieve a competitive edge by engaging all of the people critical to success,” explains Bruce Bolger, President of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance. “Research indicates that organizations will get the best results when they better integrate all of the levers of engagement.”

“The growth of digital information and social media has only increased the need for face-to-face engagement,” says Jim Wurm, Executive Director of E2MA. “We believe that the emerging field of engagement creates perhaps the biggest growth opportunity for the meetings and events business since the advent of commercial jet aircraft. When companies need to engage people, it almost always boils down to face-to-face experiences.”

Rick Ferguson, CEO of the Wise Marketer and the Loyalty Academy, notes that “this co-location with Engagement World is completely aligned with our vision that loyalty strategies get the best results when they are aligned with other external and internal marketing efforts and address all of the various tools and tactics of engagement.”

Registrants to the E2MA Red Diamond Conference, Engagement University and Expo, and Rewards & Recognition University and Expo education and exhibit programs will be able to attend conference sessions at any of these conferences, all of which feature leaders at corporations and in all areas of engagement sharing case studies, research, trends and best practices. The Loyalty Academy offers a 33% discount to its one-day program to registrants at any other Engagement World event.
