Nominations are now being accepted for the Rewards & Recognition University’s Innovation in Rewards Award. These awards honor organizations that are innovating in the formal application of research and engagement principles to enhance the impact and return-on-investment of rewards and recognition programs.
Specifically, the award will single out organizations that have contributed to the research, science and know-how of rewards and recognition, and who have created products and services that apply the research to maximize the reward experience over time.
Winners will be announced at a dinner on Wednesday, April 26 at Engagement World, held in conjunction with the Engagement University and Expo, the Rewards and Recognition Expo and the Exhibitor and Event Marketer Association’s Red Diamond Congress. Each winner will be featured in a case study that will be marketed in all Engagement World partners’ media, and featured online on the Engagement Strategies Media portal at Enterpriseengagement.org on a permanent basis for those seeking examples of best practices in the area of Enterprise Engagement.
Nominations should include the name of the company, full address and contact information, and a short explanation as to why the organization should be considered for this award, along with samples, if possible, to substantiate the claims. These can include case studies, customer testimonials and marketing materials. The deadline is March 15, 2016.
Companies will be judged for their use of rewards and recognition in innovative ways that maximize the impact, experience, communication or return-on-investment of the program.
