New Engagement Firm Aims to Brings Solutions to Fast Growing Industry
A new company, Transcend Engagement, has been launched by a group of private investors. The Minneapolis-based firm says that it offers a “fully integrated employee engagement platform…utilizing proprietary software and systems never used in the market before.” The privately-held company says it has spent the past year developing employee engagement products and services that include a “customizable award and recognition platform; a mobile-friendly communication platform; performance management systems; and accredited organizational development consulting.” The new firm’s Chief Executive Offer and Founder, Bob Randall, notes that, “We researched the space closely and found that employee engagement is highly correlated to results, yet organizations often struggle deploying solutions after they receive their employee survey results.
