Ivory Alexander Elected IMRA President

Incentive Merchandise To Reward & Appreciate (IMRA), a Strategic Industry Group (SIG) within the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), has elected Ivory Alexander as the 2026-2027 IMRA Board President.
According to the announcement, “With over 10 years of experience in sales and business development, Ivory’s dedication to developing trusting relationships throughout his career has given him the ability to enhance business performance through structured and customized reward programs. By fostering employee and customer engagement, his expertise drives sales growth and establishes business initiatives to deliver effective incentive solutions.”
Says Alexander, “IMRA is an important piece to the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) because merchandise incentives are one of the most tangible and widely used tools in the space. IMRA brings together the experts, suppliers, and sellers who deliver those physical rewards programs at a very high level.”
An active member of the IMRA board, Alexander has been a dedicated corporate outreach committee member, where he has helped expand the voice of incentives globally, according to the statement. “Through his dedication to relationship-building with IMRA, Alexander has built a network of professionals who help advance the future of incentives.”“I’m looking forward to collaborating with the current and new members to help bring more value to IMRA. We are lucky to have a large group of talented reps and suppliers with many years of experience,” says Ivory. “My focus for this year will be to grow our membership and add a couple new faces to the board, creating the opportunity for new voices to be heard. In addition to this, we will be focused on ways to bring even more education and seminars to future IMRA conferences, where reps can brush up on skills and leave with a sense of accomplishment and growth.”
IMRA elected Melissa Fleming, DPI, Inc., Vice President; Dennis Zimmerman, Sheryl O’Toole & Associates, Treasurer; Rachel Stark Cappelli, Stark Premium, Secretary; and Ian Arthur, Sightron, as Past President.
Bobbie Susaeta, Incentive Solutions, and Micah Vander Tuig, O’Rourke Sales Company, are joining the IMRA Board as directors.
