Why The Incentive Practitioner Program Is Essential

Bruce Bolger, Founder of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance, which co-sponsors Engagement World, believes this program is essential to corporate practitioners and solution providers. “The extensive science now available, along with the advent of ISO 9001 and ISO 10018 Quality People Management standards, demands that companies have serious expertise, and yet it appears that many are still making critical errors. Organizations in the U.S. spend tens of billions of dollars on programs that overlook best practices simply because the subject isn’t taught in schools or covered comprehensively in the general business media. The goal of Engagement World is to help organizations take advantage of all this expertise and research to maximize ROI.”

The Incentive Marketing Association’s Principles of Results-Based Incentive Program Design is designed to provide the fundamental elements of program design and implementation, and to prepare professionals for certification in these areas. The half-day program helps professionals to both prepare for the program and take the test to earn the Incentive Professional (IP) designation.

Earn the Incentive Professional Certification in Galveston

Earning the Incentive Professional (IP) designation is the first step toward becoming a Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM). Individuals may earn their IP by registering for and successfully passing the IMA’s Principles of Results-Based Incentive Program Design examination. The exam consists of an array of multiple-choice and essay questions. While a candidate must have a current understanding of program design, the questions on the test are all part of the “Principles” study materials and the three-hour course being offered at Engagement World, followed by a test for earning the Incentive Practitioner designation.
