GiftCertificates.com Names Rick Buer CEO

GiftCertficates.com has announced that veteran rewards and incentive programs leader Richard Buer will become the company’s new CEO. In this position he will continue to develop the organization through accelerating the growth of existing offerings, launching new products and enhancing the company’s technology.
