EEA to Highlight 'People Centric' CEOs in New Guide to Engagement, Performance and Stakeholder Experience

A new EEA eBook and printed booklet to be released in June 2019 are specifically designed to help senior management educate their CEOs on the increasing need for a strategic and systematic approach to engaging people across the enterprise. The publication will include winners of the EEA’s People Centric CEO awards…nominations are now welcome.

The eBook and print booklet, The CEO’s Definitive Guide to Engagement, Performance and Stakeholder Experience, is designed specifically for CEOs seeking to learn more about the growing demand for business leaders to take charge of a strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders. To be published in June 2019 and written by EEA co-founders Bruce Bolger, Gary Rhoads and Allan Schweyer, it will feature interviews with the winners of the EEA’s People Centric CEO awards on how this approach has helped both the financial and personal well-being of all stakeholders. The publications are specifically designed to provide internal management or outside solution-provider advocates with compelling ammunition and a roadmap they can use to help educate the CEO.

Allan Schweyer is the Curriculum Chair for the Enterprise Engagement Academy, and Gary Rhoads is Stephen Mack Covey Professor of Marketing & Chairman of Xvoyant, a sales technology company.

The eBook and printed booklet will include concrete research findings and pragmatic solutions to help CEOs take the “warm and fuzzy” out of engagement. It will demonstrate how to translate engagement into a strategic and systematic business approach that aligns all stakeholders to support the brand, values, goals and objectives, and how to positively impact financial, balance-sheet and stakeholder well-being. The publication will show how the use of Enterprise Engagement practices helps improve the return-on-investment of traditional funds spent on marketing, communications, learning, rewards & recognition, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and other efforts.

It will also feature a directory of solution-providers in all areas of engagement capable of helping CEOs and the C-suite put Enterprise Engagement principles into action. The eBook will be distributed to the EEA’s broad audience of management, and the print booklet will be sent to 1,000 carefully selected business leaders and influencers nationwide.
People Centric CEO award winners will be selected from companies of all sizes based on the following criteria:
Their demonstrated commitment to a strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders.
A long track record of demonstrated public commitment to people and to fulfilling the promises of the company’s brand and culture.
High employee and customer satisfaction scores.
A demonstrated commitment to their communities.
A willingness to be featured by ESM to verify their commitment to a strategic commitment to people.

Please send nominations for the ‘People Centric CEO’ awards to Bruce Bolger at Bolger@TheEEA.org
