Dave Dittman Named President of Next Level Performance
New Jersey-based Next Level Performance has named Dave Dittman President. In his new position he will oversee all of the company’s operating units, taking over for Jim Dittman, who remains Chairman. A 30-year veteran of Next Level Performance and Dittman Incentive Marketing (as he company was originally known), Dave has worked closely with every business unit. A company announcement says he has been “a driving force behind the company’s success and has formed and maintained valuable relationships with clients, vendors and employees that allow Next Level Performance to be a strategic and innovative partner to their customers.” After spending his first few years in finance, Dave shifted to account management and "has played a key role in helping organizations improve their culture, generate results and motivate employees to deliver their best efforts," says the announcement. “It is an honor to take over an organization with such a proud history and clear path forward," Dittman notes.
