Andrea Swicegood to Head One10 Marketing Training 
Minnetonka, MN-based One10 Marketing has promoted Andrea Swicegood to Vice President of Training. Before that, she was Senior Director, Training. “Andrea brings deep expertise in human performance, instructional design, and adult learning and combines it with a passion for mentoring, collaboration, and results-driven innovation,” the company says. “Her leadership is already making a major impact shaping client solutions, inspiring our team, and strengthening One10’s position as a trusted partner in learning and development. Cherri Tebeau New VP, Sourcing, Industry Relations at Motivation Excellence 
Cherrie Tebeau has joined Motivation Excellence, Schaumburg, IL, in the new role of Vice President, Sourcing and Industry Relations. She was most recently Director of Vendor Procurement and Contracting Services for Access, a destination management firm.
“She is highly respected in our space. Bringing her on board will deepen our already strong vendor partnerships, giving our clients the best pricing and most creative solutions to enhance our programs,” says Bob Graham, President and CEO. In her 25 years in our industry, Cherrie has held positions in sales and travel buying on the incentive agency side of things, as well as procurement and contract negotiations for a destination management company, the company reports.
Helen Berry Joins Diggecard as Retail Account Manager 
Helen Berry joins Diggecard, Wokingham, UK, as Retail and Corporate Account Manager. “With a passion for building relationships and a wealth of commercial and gift card knowledge and experience, Helen is ready to help our clients make the most of their gift card programs,” the company says in the announcement. Berry was most recently a Business Development Executive at Inspire.
“We are investing even more in our industry relationships through creating this position and filling it with Cherrie. She will be a huge benefit to our existing travel team and all of our clients,” adds Brad Hecht, Senior Vice President of Travel and Chief Travel Strategist.
