Lincoln Smith Joins MotivForce as CEO

Lincoln Smith is the new CEO of Motivforce, an international firm based in the UK that provides business-to-business loyalty marketing programs. The company also offers sales incentives, e-learning, reward fulfillment, incentive travel and events, research and analytics, and other services.
 
According to a Linkedin post by Smith, “Motivforce has built an incredible reputation for designing and delivering incentive, loyalty, and engagement programs that don’t just win awards but also drive measurable business outcomes and lasting loyalty for clients around the world. I’m honored to lead our talented global team as we continue to grow, innovate, and leverage new capabilities, such as AI-driven insights, to deliver greater value and measurable results for clients.”

He was most recently Principal, Chief Strategy Officer at HMI Performance Incentives, which was sold last year to 360Insights.
