Ian Arthur, Director of Sales at Carson Optical, Inc., is the 2025 Board President of Incentive Merchandise To Reward & Appreciate (IMRA), a Strategic Industry Group (SIG) within the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). The group also has honored four members for their contributions to the industry.

With six years of experience in the incentive industry, Arthur has developed a deep understanding of the strategies that drive motivation and engagement, according to the IMRA announcement.  His expertise is rooted in a passion for delivering impactful solutions that inspire performance and loyalty.

An active member of the IMRA board, Arthur served as Secretary and Membership Chair, where he played a key role in fostering community growth and meaningful connections. Through his involvement with IMRA and the IMA, Arthur has built a robust network of influential professionals who have profoundly shaped his personal and professional journey. His unwavering dedication to excellence and relationship-building continues to propel his success in the industry, according to the announcement.

Katie Lugus-Higgins, Hoffman & Edgette – Award Marketing Services, is joining the IMRA Board as a Director.
