IRF Names 2025 Executive Committee: Morgan Crain Is Incoming Chair

The Incentive Research Foundation has announced the names of its 2025 IRF Executive Committee. The IRF Board of Trustees leads the foundation in meeting its mission of conducting research and providing education highlighting the power of incentive and motivational programs, according to the organization.
“The IRF Board of Trustees is an incredible group of accomplished incentive professionals who truly care and are deeply committed to advancing our industry,” says Morgan Crain, incoming Chair of the IRF Board of Trustees. “I’m thrilled to collaborate with such a talented team to deliver actionable research and education that empowers the professionals who use incentives, rewards, and recognition to boost engagement and motivation in the workplace.” She is Leader of Global Rewards and Recognition at Rubrik, a data security company.
