Brian Dodds Elected IMA Board President

 
Brian DoddsThe Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) has elected Brian Dodds, CRP, IP, its 2025-2026 Board President.
 
According to the IMA announcement, Dodds began his career in the incentive and recognition industry as Vice President of Solution Design at Symbolist and currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of sales at Dash Solutions, an established provider of payment and engagement programs. With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, he has been a dedicated member of the IMA and RPI for 25 years. His volunteer leadership includes serving as President of Recognition Professionals International (RPI) before it became part of the IMA family, as well as Treasurer, Vice President, and Executive Vice President of IMA. Most recently, he chaired the IMA Summit 2025 Planning Committee.

“I'm part of the IMA because it's where collaboration, innovation, and professional growth come to life in our industry,” says Dodds. “This year, my vision is to strengthen connections across our global community, expand access to meaningful education, and elevate the visibility of incentives and recognition as strategic business tools. Together, we can grow an even more relevant, inclusive, and impactful association.”

The IMA also elected Jen Brumley, Fiserv, Executive Vice President; Oran Nevin, Workhuman, Vice President; Hollis Thornton, CPIM, TOTUS, Treasurer; and Karen Gray, CRP, PMP, O.C. Tanner, Secretary. Jeffrey Brenner, CPIM, Seiko Watch of America, LLC, serves as Past President.

Anne Jetter to Lead IGCC Anne Jetter


The Incentive Gift Card Coalition (IGCC), a Strategic Industry Group (SIG) within the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), has elected Anne Jetter as its new board president and has announced new board members. Jetter serves as the Strategic Sales and Buyer Relations Executive with SB Collectiv (Stoner Bunting).
 
Jetter is well-versed in the incentive, payments, fintech, and gift card sectors, according to the IMA release. Her career spans key roles at Fiserv in marketing, at Tango managing merchant relations, and currently at SB Collectiv handling strategic sales and buyer relations for over 25 brands. She serves on the IGCC Executive Committee and is involved with sponsorship, membership, and educational efforts focused on providing relevant discussion topics and expanding visibility for members and nonmembers.
 
“My goal is to boost SIG-member collaboration while ensuring gift cards maintain their strong and valuable presence in rewards, incentives and loyalty sectors through effective program design,” says Jetter. “Forming strong partnerships within this community of incentive professionals is extremely rewarding as we continue strengthening our industry. By prioritizing retention, engagement, and outreach, we aim to expand our membership while providing strong education, research, and networking to maintain our leadership role as the voice for B2B gift cards in the incentive industry. IGCC elected Steve Bradbery, Savvy, Executive Vice President; Steve Kane, Stored Value Solutions (SVS), Treasurer and Secretary; and Matt Kerper, The Wolfe Companies, LLC, as Past President.

Vincent Chiofolo Re-elected President of IESPVince Chiofolo

 
The Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers (IESP) has re-elected Vincent Chiofolo, Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy, Dash Solutions, as the Board President for 2025-2026 and has announced new and returning officers and directors.
 
Chiofolo brings over a decade of expertise in enterprise recognition strategies, incentive program design, and prepaid reward innovations.
 
The IMA says he has helped position the organization as a thought-leader through his development of AI-driven tools, providing industry-led research, and participating and facilitating panel discussions. He drives efforts to operationalize growth and scale, aligning high-impact solutions with the markets that need them most.
 
“I came for the mission, stayed for the momentum,” says Chiofolo. “Grateful for the continued trust from the IESP board and members in having me for a second term as president.
