The Stakeholder Management Forum and Library for Leaders, Academics, and Investors accelerates the growth of a strategic approach to people
management through: 1) live discussion forums with experts posted on the EEA's YouTube channel and 2) in the library below along with research, white papers, case studies, and more in all areas of stakeholder management, enterprise engagement, and Total Rewards. Almost all the research on engagement and practices in total quality management indicate that the best results come from a strategic, systematic approach that harmonizes the interests of all stakeholder toward a common, purpose, goals, objectives, and values.
Connecting Business Leaders, Academics, and Investors
This Stakeholder Management Forum and Library for Leaders, Academics, and Investors brings together the research of academics and the practical experience of organizations around the world to help foster a living resource and discussion for best practices in the design, implementation, and impact measurement of stakeholder engagement strategies and tactic.
This forum and library addresses the lack of education on enterprise engagement and total rewards that hampers the impact of the hundreds of billions of dollars estimated to be spent each year to engage people as well as the lack of alignment and impact measurement of engagement processes with all stakeholders. This free service and forum for discussion combines regular live Zoom meetings that are recorded and published the following week on the EEA YouTube channel and in EEA media, as well as in the EEA's regularly updated library of research and resources below.
Strategic Engagement and Total Rewards
Forum discussions include Zoom meetings with experts across academia, industry leaders and practitioners, consultants, marketing and sales management, investors, and inspirational and motivational speakers related to people management.
The purpose of the EEA forum is to support collaboration between industry, academia, and investors to promote better practices and to make research, case studies and reports on stakeholder management available to the broadest possible audience of business leaders and practitioners, academia, students, investors and other interested parties.
Gary Rhoads, Professor Emeritus, Marketing and Entrepeneurship at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, has agreed to serve as the liason with the academic community and co-host of EEA YouTube Forums.
